Food Expo in New Orleans

Visit EDC at Booth 4813 at the Food Expo in New Orleans  June 22 – 24.  Our company will highlight our aspartic protease derived from thistle and our No Sulfite Added Papain, Enzeco® Purified Papain RS600. Both of the products are aqueous extractions from plant materials without chemical modification.

The Aspartic Protease is used in clotting cheese as well as casein hydrolysis. The RS 600 is an alternative to regular papain when there is a concern of sulfite labeling.
